Honoring Local Heroes: Monthly Coffee with Vets Brings Veterans Together

Celebration Villa of Reedsville is proud to continue its monthly tradition of honoring local veterans with its upcoming Coffee with Vets event, taking place on the first Wednesday of every month at 55 Carriage House Lane in the facility’s Activity Room.

The event, held monthly, offers a welcoming space for veterans from Mifflin and Juniata Counties to gather, share stories, and enjoy fresh coffee and light refreshments. All veterans in the area are invited to attend, regardless of branch of service or era.

“We’re honored to host these gatherings as a small way of showing our appreciation,” said Tyler Snook, a staff member at Celebration Villa of Reidsville. “It’s amazing to see the camaraderie and connection that happens when veterans come together.”

This monthly event is part of Celebration Villa’s ongoing commitment to support and recognize the sacrifices of our nation’s heroes. No RSVP is necessary; veterans are welcome to stop by and enjoy good coffee and great company.

Since being there his only complaint has been food and that was only related to how hot or cold it was. He likes the staff and they truly seem to care. His room is nice. It is so quiet and the AC and heater work quite well. About half the time I don't live close by and I feel very confident he is in good hands. It's only been 4 months but they have been a huge help in his care.

Celebration Villa of Reedsville is very much well cared for as a facility and resident wise. The residential aides take the most pride in caring for your loved ones. They make everyone feel at home and they are always willing to help in anyway possible. The building is nicely decorated and smells amazing. The management team is wonderful and makes sure to address any complaints in a timely fashion. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a personal care home for their loved ones! Wonderful job guys!
